GCHS senior Triniti Bradley received the Kentucky School Boards Association First Generation Scholarship during the KSBA Conference in Louisville, March 2 – 3. The $2,500 award is presented annually to one male and one female senior who is the first in their family to attend college. The scholarship is good to any two-year, four-year college or university.
Caneyville Elementary made it one for the books with its first-ever Regional Championship during Governor’s Cup academic team competition March 3. Clarkson took the runner up position, as all district schools reached the top five.
