CTE Programs host GCMS to Go for the Gold
The Grayson County Technology Center is working to achieve Gold Level Status for student organizations through the Kentucky Unite to Serve program, which consists of three components: literacy, career awareness, and advocacy.
The school
hosted GCMS 8th graders
on Dec. 8 to introduce them to Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and promote career awareness. The middle schoolers made the rounds of each program to learn from instructors and CTE students alike. This first-hand knowledge of programs will provide class and scheduling insights for the soon-to-be-freshmen.
