McCrady Accepted into WKU Doctoral Program; a GCHS First
GCHS English teacher Gail McCrady has earned acceptance into the Western Kentucky University Doctoral Program in Post Secondary Educational Leadership, which provides a doctorate Ed.D in education.
McCrady has taught for 34 years at WKU, ECTC, SKY KCTCS, Meade County KCTCS, and North Hardin (Radcliff), both face-to-face and online. At GCHS she currently fields a schedule of dual credit classes which include English 101, 102, and Speech Communication.
Her specialty areas of research emphasis include: Benoit's Image Repair Theory, Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Crisis Management Plans, and Crisis Response Theories and she is in her third cohort of classes. Dissertation emphasis will focus on ACT success with Response to Intervention (RTI).
She is the wife of Kenny McCrady and the daughter of John R. and Diana Tomes of Caneyville.
