Beginning Monday, March 30, all mobile meal bus routes and delivery will continue with no changes. We will discontinue on-site school pick up as we focus on providing the best service to the most families, while also enhancing social distancing for both our children and our staff. Thank you for you continued support and encouragement.

And, remember, that schedule is just for students with paper packets. Online/Google Classroom students should NOT report...teachers will continue to post assignments electronically as usual. Thanks!

For the dropoff and pickup next Thu. and Fri., we want you to stay safe. That's exactly why we designed a staggered schedule. Please "take turns" as needed to ensure social distancing. We will have hand sanitizer and supplies available. Thank you!

If any student needs additional support dealing with anxiety or feels the need to talk to a trusted adult, please understand that you can call GCMS at 270-259-4175, and we will be happy to have one of our counselors or staff members provide that support. We care about our kids!

For students who have paper packets, we encourage you to drop off the completed portion in boxes we have set up (by team) in the GCMS front lobby during normal hours - 8:00 to 2:30---please make sure the student’s name is on all assignments! Thank you! #DigDeeperGCMS

Students in Mr. Alexander's 8th grade science classes experienced the effect of mutations by trying to use a tape measure to loosen a bolt. This illustrates how proteins are not as functional when their structure is altered.
