Computer programing and robotics are among the most in-demand workforce skills, and the Grayson County Technology Center was recently awarded a $5 thousand grant from TVA and WRECC to grow those programs along with the many opportunities they can provide.

The Tech Center will use the award to increase RCX and SKILLS robotics opportunities. Joining students and staff for the check presentation were Jana Sublett with TVA, and Joey Dudgeon and Chasity Raymer with WRECC.

A big thank you to these companies! This funding will open a variety of avenues for exploration and skills development to our students and staff.
