GCHS FFA officers and Extension Office advisors pose in front of a tractor display at the Farm to Fork Dinner

We were proud to support our GCHS Agriculture and FFA students as a sponsor of the first annual Farm to Fork dinner hosted by the Grayson County Extension Service.

The event increases awareness of the local food movement while benefiting a local non-profit. Proceeds from sponsorships and ticket sales added up to $3,000 for this year’s recipient, the Grayson County FFA Alumni & Supporters.  The group provides mentorship, leadership and networking opportunities, and financial support to benefit all FFA members as they build their agriculture careers.

It was a great night of delicious, locally sourced food, benefiting a most deserving organization and, hopefully, the first of many more to come!
