The Clarkson FRC recently celebrated “Lights on After School,” with district, school, and community partners. The event is part of a nationwide event recognizing the importance of after-school programs.

Several special guests joined in, including Assistant Superintendent Adam Cox, Clarkson Mayor Bonnie Henderson, GCS Food Service Kristy Hodges, Principal Shannon Cates, and Robin Burton with the Grayson County Extension Office who shared a lesson about healthy eating.

It was a fun afternoon of celebration, with a great message from the FRC and partners.
